His Highness attached using Dubai Police on the Training City in Al Ruwayyah, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, visited a section of the UAE SWAT Challenge 2025 arranged through the Ministry of Interior.
His Highness Sheikh Mohammed was accompanied by His Highness Sheikh Mansoor bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairman of the Dubai Ports and Borders Security Council. Excellency Lieutenant General Dhahi Khalfan Tamim, Deputy Chief of Police and General Security in Dubai; His Excellency Lieutenant General Abdulla Khalifa Al Marri, Commander-in-Chief of Dubai Police; in addition to top officials and tactical group leaders from around the sector.
On the fourth day of the event, one of the five main competitions in the worldwide tactical and unique forces project, groups competing in the “High Tower Challenge” were seen by His Highness. With 105 groups from 46 international sites from six continents vying for top honours, this year’s edition has established a milestone for participation.
Physical Fitness
His Highness Sheikh Mohammed observed several cooperating teams displaying their target-shooting skills and fast drop from the high tower, highlighting their bodily health and swift tactical reaction data during his visit. He also discussed the training the tactical teams undergo to improve their expert abilities, capacity to overcome various challenging circumstances, and high performance.
His Highness, led by His Highness Lt. General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid, expressed his gratitude for the Ministry of the Interior’s efforts in organising the event. Aiming to improve the operational general performance of different companies and guarantee their readiness to stand any eventuality, he also praised the ministry’s efforts to promote information sharing and implement worldwide quality methods.
In addition, His Highness praised the General Command of Dubai Police for hosting and coordinating the event well, stressing that it helped polish the talents and knowledge of law enforcement officers throughout the UAE.
Tactical Teams Meeting
Meeting with the tactical team commanders, HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid commended their fantastic performance. He underlined their paintings’ vital role in ensuring the protection of groups and their capacity to react effectively to conditions calling for specific potential levels of physical strength and intellectual resilience. His Highness received the “Challenge Shield” from Lieutenant General Abdulla Khalifa Al Marri. With forty-six countries represented, he has also been equipped with a genuine certificate certifying the UAE SWAT Challenge 2025 entry into the Guinness World Records for the most significant international location, participating in a unique forces effort.
Along with complimenting their tenacity and accommodating them for a memorial picture consultation, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum also visited the Dubai Police Women’s Team, participating in the UAE SWAT Challenge 2025. His Highness urged the female authorities to keep sharpening their skills, stressing women’s valuable contribution to the nation’s development in many ways, including underprotective status.

The UAE SWAT Challenge 2025 includes five main competitions: Tactical Operations, Assault Challenge, Officer Rescue, High Tower Challenge, and Obstacle Course. Each event requires businesses to demonstrate advanced tactical approaches, exceptional physical conditions, and high-stage skill sets to earn appropriate points across the opposition.
